June 12, 2022 | Please complete this registration by June 12 to be signed up for a prayer pod with First Christian Church Eugene. We appreciate you taking the time to complete your address, phone number, and email so that we might have complete contact information for forming groups.

Each small group will determine the day and time they meet, to best suit each other's schedules. The Spiritual Formation Team does its best to match participants according to their requests and needs.

When you complete the registration, more details are sent to you via the email you provide.

Groups will be announced on Sunday, June 19 and you will also receive a special e-mail that connects you to your other prayer pod participants.
